Almost all Schatten properties are pet friendly. Our standard policy allows 1 - 2 pets up to 25 pounds each. (For a list of properties that allow larger dogs, please review information on individual websites.) There is a one-time pet fee per pet. Some communities charge pet rent in addition. Call office for details. The Schatten Pet Policy also outlines our policies regarding which pets are permitted and the guidelines for pet ownership.
